These terms govern how Suaraconsulting delivers structural soundproofing analysis and noise reduction blueprints for industrial manufacturing plants. Read them carefully before engaging our consultancy.
Suaraconsulting provides acoustic engineering consultancy, including on-site noise audits, vibration measurements, sound propagation modeling, and the preparation of noise reduction blueprints. Our deliverables are technical documents and recommendations intended for use by qualified engineers and facility managers. We do not supply physical materials or perform installation work unless separately agreed in writing.
You agree to provide accurate information about your facility, including equipment specifications, floor plans, operational schedules, and any prior acoustic treatments. Access to measurement points must be arranged in advance. Delays or incomplete data may affect the timeline and accuracy of the final analysis.
Our recommendations are based on the data available at the time of the assessment and on standard acoustic engineering practices. Suaraconsulting is not liable for outcomes resulting from changes made to the facility after our analysis, from unapproved modifications to our blueprints, or from failure to follow the recommended treatments. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement.
All reports, models, drawings, and blueprints produced by Suaraconsulting remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon settlement, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for the intended purpose at your facility. You may not resell or redistribute our technical documents without prior written consent.
Both parties agree to keep proprietary information, including plant layouts, production data, and measurement results, confidential. We may reference anonymized project outcomes in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before the engagement begins.
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Fees for work already completed are payable. We may update these terms as our practices evolve; the version in effect at the time of your engagement applies. For questions about these terms, contact us at info@suaraconsulting.com.
